11. remove the two screws in the earpiece with a Phillips head screwdriver.

12. use a spudger to pry the earpiece out of the phone.

13. use a tweezers to remove the old camera glass.

14. replace the old camera glass with the new camera glass.

15. reassemble the phone.

16. power on the phone.
